Hi, I’m Traci

I’m a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of clinical experience and a Board-Certified Nurse Coach. My work is informed by decades in health care as well as continuing education and lived experience with parenting, spousal caregiving, and healing. I support women in building sustainable health and wellbeing through steadiness, nourishment, and care that honors the whole person.

I Work With Women Who:

  • are capable, responsible, and used to carrying a lot.

  • look “fine” on the outside but feel stretched thin on the inside.

  • want more ease, more energy, more clarity.

  • wish they had more time or more help

  • believe they’ll take better care of themselves when the kids are older, work slows down, or they retire

  • are ready for a quieter, more grounded path forward.

You don’t need to be perfect to begin.
You don’t need more discipline, more time, or more motivation.
You just need a willingness to show up as you are.

What You Can Expect

Coaching sessions are 50 minutes in length conducted via Zoom or telephone.

Our work together is practical, steady, and personal.
We explore what truly supports you, not what others expect of you.
We build a life with behaviors that feel sustainable—not idealized, not performative, not pressure-filled.

You will NOT be given a script for how to live, how to eat, or how to move. We will not look for what’s wrong, but will utilize your strengths.
You will be supported in discovering what genuinely works for you.

Why This Work Matters to Me

After years of caregiving—from motherhood to my husband’s medical crises to decades at the bedside—I learned firsthand what happens when a woman runs on empty. I also learned what becomes possible when she begins to care for herself with the same dedication she gives to everyone else.

This is the heart of my practice: helping women return to themselves.

No trends.
No buzzwords.
No performance.
Just honest, grounded support.
