Hi, I’m Traci
I’m a Registered Nurse of 31 years, a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, a mother and wife who has walked the path of spousal caregiving and healing. I use both my clinical background and lived experience to help women find steadiness, nourishment, and a way of living that genuinely supports them.
Who I Work With
I work with women who are capable, responsible, and used to carrying a lot. Women who look “fine” on the outside but feel stretched thin on the inside. Women who want more ease, more energy, more clarity. Women who wish they had more time or more help—and are ready for a quieter, more grounded path forward.

Why This Work Matters to Me
After years of caregiving—from motherhood to my husband’s medical crises to decades at the bedside—I learned firsthand what happens when a woman runs on empty. I also learned what becomes possible when she begins to care for herself with the same dedication she gives to everyone else.
This is the heart of my practice: helping women return to themselves.

My Approach
Most women come to me believing the main thing they need is:
• to lose weight
• to have more energy
• to sleep better
• to feel less anxious
• to stop snapping or shutting down
• to finally keep up with everything they’re responsible for
• or to simply have more hours, more help, or more control
These desires are real, valid, and deeply human.
But they aren’t the starting point.
The true beginning is you — your bandwidth, your clarity, your inner voice, your nourishment, your ability to receive support.
